Property One Investors AG receives FINMA approval

Property One Investors AG has been licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) as a manager of collective assets. According to its own statements, it now wants to complement traditional real estate financing and create a new market segment for real estate professionals with subordinated mortgages.
