Office space market in Switzerland: rents continue to decline

On the Swiss office space markets, transaction rents are following the downward trend that has been observed since the end of 2019. According to FPRE Metaanalyse Immobilien, they fell by a further 4.1% across Switzerland in Q3/20 (Q2:-3.3%) and are now 7% below the previous year's figure.
