Trends: Pandemic drives digital transformation of the industry

The Swiss real estate industry is already feeling the effects of digital transformation much more strongly than in the previous year. Almost 40 percent of the participants in this year's EY Digitalization Study Switzerland currently rate the impact of digitalization on their company as strong, an increase of eleven percent compared to the previous year.
