Zurich: Temporarily rented second homes no longer count as part of the residential portion

The City Council wants to ensure that second homes rented out for a limited period can no longer be counted towards the residential portion. This will provide better protection for primary residences. The necessary partial revision of the building and zoning regulations was referred to the municipal council.
