Office space market in Switzerland: COVID-19 brings changes

With the economic slump caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the measures taken to contain it, many companies are no longer looking for growth. This development is also having an impact on the office space market: Credit Suisse economists expect demand to fall by around 700,000 sqm in 2020 and 2021.
