Biel/Bienne: West branch project not to be pursued further

Following the possible abandonment of the planned A5 Biel/Bienne western bypass, the Mühlefeld district in Biel/Bienne is coming into focus. Originally, the western branch was to run through the middle of the district, but now it could be densified and upgraded.
