Residential real estate in Switzerland: prices and rents rose in the coronavirus year

The coronavirus crisis has left its mark on the Swiss real estate market. Housing itself has become more important due to the pandemic and willingness to pay has increased: According to the Swiss Real Estate Offer Index from ImmoScout24 and IAZI AG, both residential property prices and rents rose in 2020.
