Lugano: Swisscom building becomes "Atelier dei venti

The Lugano City Council has approved a loan of CHF 4.98 million for the renovation of the former Swisscom building on Via Generale Guisan in Viganello. The aim is to upgrade the building and create space for culture, science, art, technology and innovation with the "Atelier dei venti".
