Nidwalden: Canton wants to simplify real estate valuation

With the partial revision of the tax law for the renewal of the real estate valuation, a simpler and more transparent procedure is to be used for the valuation in Nidwalden in the future. According to the canton, the new valuation method will produce objective valuations with parameters that are comprehensible to every property owner.
