Zurich: residential construction also declining in 2020

The number of new-build apartments in the city of Zurich continues to fall. In 2020, 1,772 apartments were completed - the lowest figure for ten years. On the other hand, more apartments were approved, which indicates a certain upturn in residential construction activity over the next few years.
