Zurich: Government council has real estate values reviewed

The Directorate of Finance is commissioning an in-depth investigation into the development of property values in the canton of Zurich. To this end, a specialist report is being commissioned to provide a solid basis for any adjustments to the property tax value and the imputed rental value.
