Canton of Zurich: Home ownership market in the hands of the "baby boomers

In its latest analysis of the housing market, Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB) took a closer look at the single-family house and condominium segment. The result: more than 50 percent of this real estate portfolio is owned by the 60-plus generation.
