Canton of Bern: Prices for residential property rising at a below-average rate

In the canton of Bern, prices for condominiums and single-family homes have risen by 1.9% in the past twelve months, according to the new real estate barometer published by Berner Kantonalbank. Prices across Switzerland have risen by 3.5% in the same period.
