Role: Schenk plans a Cité du Vin

The Schenk Group wants to build the Cité du Vin in Rolle (VD), consisting of a winery and a mixed-use quarter. Halter has been selected as the development partner, and investors are Helvetia, the Raiffeisen pension fund and Previs Vorsorge.
