City of Zurich: Barter deal with Swiss Life

The city of Zurich is acquiring two plots of land with an existing property in the Seebach neighborhood from Swiss Life and in return is ceding three plots of land in Glattpark. The swap deal secures an important reserve of building land in an area where demand for school space is growing, according to the city.
