Schaffhausen: Planning application for development of the Kammgarn site

According to the city of Schaffhausen, the Kammgarnareal is a key area of the city center. It is currently home to a cultural center and the watch manufacturer IWC Schaffhausen. New space for the library, the teacher training college and additional tenants can now be created in the west wing.
