Fundamenta Group: Prominent new addition to the Board of Directors
Hans-Peter Domanig has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of Fundamenta Group Holding AG, Zug.
Domanig served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Priora Group from 2010 until June 2021 and has decided to focus his professional future on mandates as an independent director.
