KMP: Reinforcement at partner level

Nina Flückiger will be responsible for the acquisition and sale of residential property at Kuoni Mueller & Partner Residential AG and, together with her partner colleagues, will drive the expansion of the business area, the real estate services provider announced. "With the addition of Nina Flückiger, we are closing an important gap," says Dominik Weber, Managing Partner and designated Head Real Estate Advisory at Julius Baer. This is because long-time partner Christian Haupt, previously responsible for the sale of residential property and the marketing of residential projects, is leaving Kuoni Mueller & Partner at the end of August. He will take on a new challenge, KMP announces.

Flückiger is a qualified real estate trustee and has more than 20 years of professional experience. After initial professional positions at UBS and KPMG, she took on management positions in sales, marketing and acquisition at large national and international real estate service providers from 2004 onwards. Since 2016, she has been a member of the management team at Etzel Immobilien AG, based in Pfäffikon. (ah)
