Basel: Portfolio management at IBS under new management
Jonathan Koellreuter has been appointed the new Head of Portfolio Management at Immobilien Basel-Stadt (IBS). The division is responsible for strategic portfolio planning, project developments as well as construction projects and transactions.
Jonathan Koellreuter will take up his new position on 1 October 2021. He will take charge of the portfolio management divisions Administrative Assets, Financial Assets and Direct Real Estate Investments as well as the Development division. The current Head of Division, Barbara Rentsch, has been appointed as the new Managing Director of IBS.
Koellreuter is an architect and has worked for Immobilien Basel-Stadt (IBS) since 2017. There, he built up the development department in portfolio management and developed and implemented several site strategies with his team. Before joining IBS, Koellreuter worked for more than six years at the Christoph Merian Foundation, most recently as Head of Development and Portfolio Management. Previously, he worked as a consultant at Wüest Partner and in several architecture firms.
