Immofonds: New addition to the Board of Directors

Ladina Esslinger is to be elected to the Board of Directors of Immofonds Asset Management AG at the Annual General Meeting on 25 November 2021; this is proposed by the company's Board of Directors. The 40-year-old has been Head of Project Development and Client Representation at Geistlich Immobilia AG since 2017. Esslinger is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Archobau AG and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Albert Lück Foundation.

The Board of Directors of Immofonds Asset Management is pleased to have gained a real estate expert in Ladina Esslinger, who will bring her knowledge of the development of urban areas and the realisation of complex construction projects to the Board. She succeeds Alex Jenny, who was a member of the board for many years. (ah)
