Mobimo: Stéphane Maye to become a member of the Board of Directors

Stéphane Maye (born in 1967) has been Managing Partner at Pom+ Consulting since February this year. Overall, he has been working for the consulting firm specializing in the real estate industry since 2009. He has been working in the construction and real estate industry in German- and French-speaking Switzerland as well as in Germany for almost 30 years and has gained a lot of experience in the planning and management of large-scale real estate projects, in corporate management and in issues of real estate digitization and sustainable construction, Mobimo's Board of Directors informs. He will be proposed to the shareholders for election to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on April 12, 2022.

As a French-speaking Swiss with years of study and work experience in German-speaking Switzerland, Maye is an "ideal representative of Mobimo, a company that is also firmly anchored in both parts of the country", Peter Schaub, Chairman of the Board of Directors, is quoted as saying in the press release.
