Plazza: Chairman of the Board Kellenberger steps down

Dr. Markus Kellenberger intends to relinquish his duties on Plazza's Board of Directors when he reaches retirement age and gives up his main professional activity, the real estate company announced. The recent start of construction at the development project in Crissier is the ideal moment to hand over his chairmanship of the real estate company to a successor. Kellenberger will therefore not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on 6 April 2022.

Kellenberger had been at the helm of the Plazza Board of Directors since 2015, when the company went public and was spun off from Conzzeta AG. With his consistent and forward-looking approach, he has made a significant contribution to Plazza's very good position today, according to the Board of Directors.
