Investissements Fonciers: New Chief Executive Officer
Michael Loose will become the new Managing Director of Investissements Fonciers in April 2022 and will thus also be responsible for the La Foncière real estate investment fund. He succeeds Arnaud de Jamblinne.
Michael Loose most recently held various management positions in the real estate sector in Switzerland and abroad. On April 1, 2022, he will become general manager of Investissements Fonciers SA, where he will be responsible for diversifying services and developing the La Foncière investment fund, according to the company. Loose succeeds Arnaud de Jamblinne, who served as general manager for 25 years.
According to Albert Michel, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Loose will develop the company and La Foncière into "a leading centre of excellence in the field of real estate investment funds in Switzerland". From April 2022, the management of Investissements Fonciers will be composed of Chief Executive Officer Michael Loose, Thomas Vonaesch, Director Portfolio Management, and Jean-Marie Pilloud, Director in charge of Finance and Accounting.
Investissements Fonciers manages the La Foncière fund, whose market capitalisation exceeds CHF 2 billion. (ah)
