New head of leasing management at Livit
Real estate services provider Livit has appointed Marcel Gurrath as its new head of leasing management.
Marcel Gurrath has been working for Livit since 2013, most recently as Head of Property Management in Zurich with around 70 employees. On 1 December 2021, the 39-year-old took over as Head of the Rental Management department with over 60 employees, Livit announced at the beginning of January 2022. Gurrath is a real estate trustee and holds specialist certificates as a real estate manager and real estate marketer as well as a Master of Advanced Studies ZFH in Real Estate Management.
Livit, a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiss Life, employs 1,200 people throughout Switzerland in the areas of property management, rental management, construction management and facility management. According to its own figures, the company manages real estate assets worth CHF 54.2 billion. (ah)
