New COO for Nova Property Fund Management

Marcel Denner is to take up his new position on April 1 and then assume operational responsibility for Portfolio Management, Strategy, Projects & New Markets and Digitalization & IT, Nova Property Fund Management AG announced. The financial supervisory authority Finma still has to approve his appointment. The fund company's management will thus consist of four people in the future: Marcel Schneider (CEO), Roger Bosshard (CFO), Roland Süsstrunk (CIO) and Marcel Denner (COO).

Denner has worked for Credit Suisse Asset Management in the Real Estate Switzerland division since 2018. Most recently, he held the position of Head of Strategy & Projects and was a member of the Executive Board Global Real Estate as well as Fund Manager of CS 1a Immo PK, which is one of the largest Swiss real estate funds with a real estate portfolio of CHF 4.8 billion. Prior to this, Denner worked for Swiss Prime Site for more than six years in various management functions, including Head Corporate Ventures & Development. (ah)
