Credit Suisse 1a Immo PK Gets New Fund Manager
Sascha Paul is the new fund manager of Credit Suisse 1a Immo PK. He succeeds Marcel Denner, who is moving to Nova Property Fund Management.

Sascha Paul has already been fund manager of the Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Logisticsplus since April 2017 and will now additionally manage the Credit Suisse 1a Immo PK from March 1, 2022. He succeeds Marcel Denner, who has been fund manager of 1a Immo PK since March 2019 and will leave Credit Suisse Asset Management at the end of February. Denner will become chief operating officer (COO) of Nova Property Fund Management in April.
Sascha Paul joined Credit Suisse Asset Management in 2011 and was initially responsible for managing two international real estate funds and an investment foundation. From 2014, as transaction manager in the Acquisition Switzerland department, he led the negotiation and purchase process for the acquisition of new properties for the bank's Swiss real estate investment vehicles, focusing on logistics. From 2020 to 2021, he was additionally responsible mandate and portfolio manager for the portfolio of a Swiss pension fund.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Paul worked for Ernst & Young Real Estate in Frankfurt and Ernst & Young in Zurich. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Mannheim and a degree in real estate economics from the International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). (ah)
