SF Urban Properties gets new CEO

Bruno Kurz is to become the new CEO of SF Urban Properties. He succeeds Adrian Schenker, who is to focus on the SFP Group's foreign expansion in the future.

Bruno Kurz will take up his new position as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SF Urban Properties AG on April 1, 2022. His predecessor Adrian Schenker had been CEO of the company since 2018. In the future, he will focus more on the further foreign expansion of the SFP Group, which already owns the Viga Real Estate in Copenhagen, SFP informs.

Bruno Kurz joined Swiss Finance & Property Funds AG in April 2021. The 48-year-old is currently Head of Direct Real Estate Services & Mandates and a member of the Executive Board. Previously, he was Managing Director of Immoveris, a subsidiary of the Swiss Prime Site Group. (ah)
