Reinforcement for Nova Property Fund Management

Michel Hafner has taken up his new position as Head of Asset Management at Nova Property Fund Management AG on February 1, 2022. The 48-year-old previously worked for Verit Immobilien AG from 2019, most recently he was Managing Director. In this capacity, he was also a member of the management of the Avobis Group, to which Verit belongs. Before joining the real estate service provider, Hafner worked for Migros-Pensionskasse Immobilien for a good 15 years, most recently as head of property management.

Nova Property Fund Management currently manages five portfolios, including Novavest Real Estate, Senioresidenz and Swiss Central City Real Estate Fund, which together hold more than CHF 2 billion in real estate assets. (ah)
