Allreal Holding appoints new head of Romandie
Allreal Holding AG has appointed Anne-Marie Loeillet as the new head of the Group's business activities in French-speaking Switzerland.
Anne-Marie Loeillet (born 1961) graduated from the Languedoc-Roussillon School of Architecture and holds a Master in Urban Planning from the University of Stuttgart. She has worked successfully for various large companies and the public sector in Germany, France and Switzerland over the last 20 years.
Since 2011, as CEO of PCM Opérateur Urbain SA, she has been the driving force behind the development and realization of the residential and commercial district Le Quartier de l'Etang in Geneva, with an investment volume of around CHF 1.4 billion. She took up her new post at Allreal on February 1 this year; she reports directly to Allreal CEO Roger Herzog. Loeillet succeeds Olivier Plan in officewhich sold various real estate companies of Immosynergies Holding Sàrl, which it owns, to Allreal on October 15, 2021. In addition to a property portfolio worth around CHF 500 million and additional development properties with a potential investment volume of more than CHF 700 million, the Group also acquired the general contracting company Roof SA.
