Changing chairs at Admicasa

Beat Langenbach has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Admicasa Holding AG since May 2021. He now also manages the real estate company operationally.

The reason for merging operational and strategic management is the rapid growth and the associated focus on the strategic goals of the company, according to Admicasa's board of directors. The previous managing director Fotios Michos has left Admicasa at his own request. The management team now consists of Beat Langenbach and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Christoph Bruhin.

Michos had only joined Admicasa in June 2021, initially as Chief Business Officer and member of the Executive Board, a few months later, he was appointed CEO. Prior to joining Admicasa, he worked at Poenina for more than ten years, most recently as CFO. (ah)
