New real estate company at the start
Real estate expert Michael Müller, most recently CEO at Helvetica Property Investors, has founded his own company, Vierkant Immobilien.
Michael Müller has been active in the real estate industry for 40 years, during which time he has been operationally responsible for large real estate portfolios, transactions and real estate projects. For 16 years, Müller also headed three well-known real estate companies as CEO: At BFW Liegenschaften, for example, he was jointly responsible for the company's IPO in 2007. From 2010 to 2019, he worked at Ledermann Immobilien, where he was responsible for corporate management as well as the development, positioning and expansion of the real estate portfolio. Until the fall of 2021, he was jointly responsible for the launch of the residential property fund and the implementation of several capital increases for various real estate funds at the fund company Helvetica Property Investors, among other things.
At the end of 2021, the architect, industrial engineer and real estate trustee founded his own company - Vierkant Immobilien. The company is active in the areas of project development, asset and portfolio management as well as transactions and sustainability, among others. (ah)
