Apleona appoints new Head of Real Estate Asset Management & Consulting
Daniel Gross has taken over as Head of Real Estate Asset Management & Consulting at Apleona and is now also a member of the extended Executive Board.
Daniel Gross has been working for Apleona since 2014, initially as a property manager with a focus on commercial properties and hotel. He then switched to key account management and earned a master's degree in real estate management on the side.
In 2020, Gross built up the Real Estate Asset Management division and also served as project manager in the area of property management during construction. As of January 1, the 35-year-old has been appointed Head of Real Estate Asset Management & Consulting. (ah)
