New Managing Director for Centerio
Michel Keller is the new managing director of Centerio, an Avobis Group company specializing in the marketing and management of commercial real estate.
Avobis Group has appointed Michel Keller as the new managing director of Centerio AG, effective Feb. 1, 2022. Keller brings years of experience in retail, Avobis said. In recent years, he headed SportXX, and before that Micasa and Interio. Prior to that, he spent 23 years in various roles at Ikea, including country sales manager for Switzerland. In his new position at Centerio, he reports directly to the two co-CEOs of Avobis Group Sandro Sulcis and Patrick Schmid. According to Sulcis, Keller is the ideal person to further develop Centerio as a specialized part of the Avobis Group and to leave a lasting mark on the commercial real estate market. Under Keller's leadership, the company will focus even more on the management and administration of complex sites.
Centerio has its headquarters in Zug and branches in Regensdorf and Martigny. With a team of 14 employees, the company manages in particular office, commercial and retail properties in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. Centerio has been part of the Avobis Group since September 2021. (ah)
