Changes in the Intershop Board of Directors
Dieter Marmet, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intershop, will not stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting. He is to be succeeded by Ernst Schaufelberger.
Dieter Marmet has been a member of Intershop's Board of Directors since 2010 and Chairman since 2011. He has informed the company that he will no longer stand for election at the 59th Annual General Meeting, the real estate company says. Ernst Schaufelberger, who has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018, is to stand as his successor in the office of Chairman.
Dr. Christoph Nater will be proposed for election to the BoD. He is an attorney and partner at MME Legal AG in Zurich and specializes, among other things, in construction and real estate law.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for March 31, 2022. (ah)
