Assetimmo expands management level
Assetimmo Immobilien-Anlagestiftung has been given a management board: Christian Germann is chairman, and Thomas Brodmann and Sylke Wich-Glasen have also been appointed members.
The operational management of Assetimmo Immobilien-Anlagestiftung will in future consist of three people: In addition to the previous managing director Christian Germann, Thomas Brodmann and Sylke Wich-Glasen are new additions.
Brodmann (57) will be part of the management team as Head of Finance, Assetimmo announced. The finance and accounting specialist with a Swiss federal certificate has already been working in the finance department of the investment foundation since April 2008.
Sylke Wich-Glasen (45) has been appointed to the Executive Board as Head of Portfolio Management, Assetimmo added. The business economist assumed responsibility for portfolio management in November 2021. She holds a MAS in Real Estate (CUREM) and has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Most recently, she worked as Portfolio Manager Commercial Real Estate at Pensimo Management. (ah)
