Anja Wyden Guelpa is to be elected to the Board of Directors of Allreal. The background is the recent expansion of the real estate company into western Switzerland.
The Board of Directors of Allreal Holding proposes the election of Anja Wyden Guelpa (born 1973) as a member of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on April 8, 2022. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the consulting and coaching company Civic Lab. In addition to knowledge in human resources and organizational development, she also has many years of experience in dealing with change processes and the further development of corporate cultures, Allreal said.
Furthermore, as former State Chancellor of the Canton of Geneva from 2009 to 2018, Anja Wyden Guelpa is very familiar with the political processes and the framework conditions in Western Switzerland. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cantonal Bank of Valais and the Swiss Mobiliar Cooperative and is involved in various associations and foundations.
With the election of Anja Wyden Guelpa, the competencies on the Board of Directors would be "optimally complemented and the strategic relevance of the expansion into the French-speaking part of Switzerland would be underlined," says Allreal.
