Lakeward opens location in Germany
The Zurich-based real estate investment boutique Lakeward Zurich is expanding into Germany and opening a location in the greater Stuttgart area. Sven Kübler becomes the local managing director.
In recent years, several successful projects have been carried out with various partners in the Stuttgart region, for example in Sindelfingen and Bad Cannstatt, and further projects are planned for the region in the future, Lakeward says. The opening of a German location is thus a logical consequence of the strategic orientation, says Lakeward CEO Simon Koenig.
The site will be located in Ludwigsburg near Stuttgart and will belong to the newly founded Lakeward Deutschland GmbH, which is a subsidiary of the Swiss Lakeward Real Estate AG. The management of Lakeward Deutschland will be taken over by Sven Kübler, who was previously regional manager southwest at Dibag Industriebau AG for more than 20 years. Dibag is a company of the Munich-based Doblinger Group, which specializes in project development and construction. At Lakeward, Kübler will focus on the acquisition and development of new projects as well as the management of asset management, according to the company. (ah)
