Procimmo expands its management
Procimmo has appointed Jessica Brackmann and Besnik Bytyqi to its executive management team. Brackmann is the new Chief Investment Officer, and Bytyqi takes on the position of Chief Financial Officer.
With the two new additions Jessica Brackmann and Besnik Bytyqi, the management team of Procimmo SA grows to five people. Brackmann has been with the company since 2017 and is Fund Manager of Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II. She will now serve as chief investment officer for all Procimmo SA funds and is expected to drive the development of the real estate business, Procimmo says. Before joining Procimmo, Brackmann worked in real estate consulting at KPMG and UBS, and she started her career in 2007 at Jones Lang LaSalle in Frankfurt.
Besnik Bytyqi joined Procimmo in January 2021 and was initially Head of Corporate Accounting and Finance. He now serves as Chief Financial Officer and in this position is responsible for the company's accounting and finance. Previously, Bytyqi worked for several years at financial companies in Canada and most recently at PwC in Geneva in the area of auditing.
In addition, Terence Kast, who has also been a member of the Executive Board as Head of Legal, Compliance & Risk, will be promoted to Chief Operation Officer. From now on, he will take over a large part of the corporate management tasks from Arno Kneubühler, who has been CEO of the company since 2015, Procimmo announces.
As of March 1, 2022, the Executive Committee of Procimmo SA will consist of Arno Kneubühler (CEO), Terence Kast (COO), Peter Keller (Head of Architecture & Construction), Jessica Brackmann (CIO), and Besnik Bytyqi (CFO). (ah)
