Personnel rochade at the real estate service provider Wincasa: Thomas Hinderling will take over the position of Division Manager Center & Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM) from Felix Kubat, who is leaving the company at his own request, on May 1, 2022.
Hinderling joined Wincasa in 2017 and was head of Mixed-Use Site Management (MUSM) German-speaking Switzerland from 2019. In this role, the 47-year-old was responsible for a subarea within Center & Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM) and was the deputy division manager CMSM.
Felix Kubat has been at the helm of CMSM since the end of 2019. During this time, he developed and implemented a new strategy for the division, which included establishing two locations. Kubat is leaving the company at his own request. In the future, he wants to devote himself to leadership and teaching at a commercial vocational school, he says.
Philipp Arnold succeeds Thomas Hinderling as Head of MUSM German-speaking Switzerland. He has been with Wincasa since 2014, initially as Center Manager Regensdorf & HUB. In January 2020, he took over as Head of MUSM Hub Zurich. (ah)
