Procimmo expands the Board of Directors
Bruno Férolles has joined the Board of Directors of Procimmo SA. There he represents the interests of the Vaudoise Group, which had acquired a stake in the parent company SEG.
Vaudoise Group acquired a 20% stake in SEG Suisse Estate Group at the end of last year, the parent company of Procimmo. Vaudoise now sends a representative to the board of directors of the real estate company.
Bruno Férolles joined the Vaudoise Group in 2013 and currently works as Deputy CIO in the Asset Management department. Before joining Vaudoise, he was Fund Manager at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild for eight years.
The Procimmo Board of Directors is now composed of Serge Ledermann (Chairman), Yves Hervieu-Causse (Vice Chairman), Dominique de Saint Pierre (Member), Arno Kneubühler (Member), and Bruno Férolles (Member). (ah)
