The Board of Directors of Admicasa Holding has completed a number of restructuring measures and now sees the Group "in a promising position for the future," as Board Chairman Beat Langenbach says.

According to the company, the last step was the integration of Etzel Immobilien AG into Admicasa Immobilien AG. The share shell of Etzel Immobilien will be converted into Admicasa Service AG. The aim of the integration is to offer services more efficiently and uniformly within the group, Admicasa says.

The real estate company further announces that Nicolas von Gunten (28) will become the new CFO (Chief Finance Officer) of Admicasa Holding as of July 1, 2022. The business economist, who was educated at the University of Zurich, succeeds Christoph Bruhin, who held the position during the restructuring. Nicolas von Gunten has already been working for Admicasa since last October and has since been prepared for his new role. Christoph Bruhin is not leaving Admicasa: according to the board of directors, he will take over various strategic and operational projects at the group companies.

There has been a change at the top of the Admicasa Group company von Gunten Baumanagement: Roland Eberle has been the new CEO (Chief Executive Officer) since the beginning of June. The 54-year-old succeeds company founder and Admicasa anchor shareholder Markus von Gunten. Eberle previously headed the Zurich office of Eiffage Suisse. (ah)
