New board member for HRS Holding
HRS Holding has appointed Fabian Hotz, an entrepreneur from Zug, to its Board of Directors. He succeeds Dr. Arthur Wettstein, who stepped down after eleven years as a member of the Board of Directors.
With the new appointment, the competence in the area of digitalization and brand management is increased on the board of directors, HRS Holding says.
Fabian Hotz has been the sole owner of the Hotz Group, which is active in the areas of brand and corporate strategy as well as transformation and digitalization, since 2008. He took up the new position as a member of the Board of Directors at HRS Holding on June 21, 2022, succeeding Dr. Arthur Wettstein, who resigned. He had been a member of the board since 2011.
The HRS Board of Directors consists of seven members: Roland Eberle (Chairman), Martin Kull (CEO and owner, Delegate and Vice Chairman), Rebecca Kull (COO and owner), Ernst Schär, Barend Fruithof, Andreas Rickenbacher and Fabian Hotz. (ah)
