Martin Döbeli becomes new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Verit
Entrepreneur and real estate developer Martin Döbeli has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Verit Immobilien AG. He takes over the office from Sandro Sulcis.
Martin Döbeli was elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting of Verit Immobilien. Sandro Sulcis, Co-CEO of the Avobis Group and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Verit, says that with him "a thoroughbred entrepreneur and expert" has been won for the Board. The board of directors of the real estate service provider now consists of three persons: the chairman Martin Döbeli and the two members Thomas Abegg and Sandro Sulcis.
Döbeli is considered a well-connected real estate professional. He has been active in the industry as a developer and entrepreneur for 27 years and has developed more than 100 projects. He also founded the companies Rimaplan and Centerio, which are also part of the Avobis Group. Centerio specializes in the management of commercial real estate, sites and shopping centers, and Döbeli is the company's chairman of the board. (ah)
