Martin Kaleja leaves Swiss Prime Site Immobilien
René Zahnd, the CEO of the Swiss Prime Site Group, also takes over the management of the core business. Martin Kaleja, who was previously at the helm of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien, is leaving the company.
As Swiss Prime Site announced on publication of its half-year results, Martin Kaleja is leaving the core division Swiss Prime Site Real Estate at his own request. His duties will be taken over with immediate effect by René Zahnd - in addition to his function as CEO of the Swiss Prime Site Group.
The management of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien will continue to include Karin Voigt, who is responsible for Portfolio Management, and Urs Baumann, who is responsible for the Development & Acquisitions/Sales division. These areas will thus be further strengthened and synergies and efficiencies will be gained through the direct reporting line, SPS says.
Kaleja had been at the helm of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien since the beginning of 2021, he succeeded Peter Lehmann at that time. Before joining SPS, the real estate expert was CEO of Allianz Suisse Immobilien AG for several years. (ah)
