PKF Hospitality appoints head of project developments in Switzerland
Simon C. Winker is the new Head of Project Development at PKF Hospitality Group in Zurich. The consulting firm has newly created the position.
As Head of Project Development, Simon C. Winker MRICS will support clients from the DACH region throughout the entire hotel project development cycle, writes PKF Hospitality Group in a statement. This primarily includes the preparation of room and function programs, architect briefings, planning optimization, investment cost estimates, interior design tenders and ongoing project monitoring.
Winker is an architect as well as a spatial and urban planner and most recently worked for Eiffage Suisse. Previously, he worked for Implenia and Zurich Insurance Company. Winker has taught at the University of Liechtenstein in the master's program Responsible Property Development and at the SVIT Swiss Real Estate School in Construction & Project Management. He was also a lecturer in Architecture & Hotel Design Management at the EU Business School Munich.
