CBRE: Julia Wyss becomes Co-Head for Hotels & Operational Real Estate

Since 2015, she worked in CBRE's hotel team in London, where she led transactional and strategic advisory mandates as well as operator searches. In her new position, Wyss is responsible, together with Alessia Breda, for the further development of the Hotels & Operational Real Estate business line in Switzerland and supports investors, developers and operators in their hotel and other operational real estate investments. The team is supported by Mona Walder, who was announced as a new member in March.
