Reorganization in the management of the Intercity Group
Stefan Lemberger and Beat Hürlimann join the Group Executive Board of Intercity Group Holding. Michael Wildhaber leaves the board.
The Board of Directors of Intercity Group Holding has appointed Stefan Lemberger and Beat Hürlimann to the Group Executive Board with effect from October 1, 2022. Lemberger is CEO of Hugo Steiner AG in St. Gallen, which is part of the Group. He has worked for the company since 2010 and has also been Co-Owner since this year. Beat Hürlimann has been CEO of the Group company Wüst und Wüst AG since January 2018; he joined the company in 2007.
Michael Wildhaber, CEO of Intercity Bewirtschaftung, is leaving the Group Executive Board following the sale of the division to DBS Group.
The Group Executive Board of Intercity Group Holding will thus in future consist of Chairman Robert Hauri (CEO/Co-Owner of SPGI Zurich AG), Group CFO Cornelia Hürlimann, Mariana Schwager (CEO Intercity Marketing), Beat Hürlimann (CEO Wüst und Wüst) and Stefan Lemberger (CEO/Co-Owner Hugo Steiner).
Hauri says that since the sale of the farming division in the middle of this year, the group has been "a pure, supra-regionally organized and segmented marketing organization". He is very much looking forward to working with existing and new colleagues.
The Board of Directors of Intercity Group Holding is chaired by Herbert Wüst; other members are Markus Wüst, Annelies Wüst, Toni Bächler, Beat Meister and Pascal Vaucher. (ah)
