New Board of Directors for Lika Group

Cengizhan Ari will become a member of the Board of Directors of Lika Group AG as of January 1, 2023, the company announced. At the same time, he will also be responsible for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Neue Haus AG. Like Lika Group, the company is part of Lika Holding and is active in the development and investment of properties and apartments.

The former Managing Director of Neue Haus AG, Dr. Simon Vlachos, will become Head Investment of the Lika Group.

Ari was most recently CEO of Tellco Real Estate, and prior to that he served as Head of Retail & Site Management at Privera, among other positions. (ah)
