Peer Kocur takes over management of Ecoreal

The new head of Ecoreal Swiss Real Estate Investment Foundation (East) comes from Helvetica Property Investors.

Currently, Peer Kocur (born 1971) heads the investment management of the three Helvetica real estate funds and is responsible for the fund and investment strategy, investments and sales activities of all products and investment types. Previously, he spent several years at Migros Pensionskasse as head of portfolio management for the Swiss real estate portfolio. Earlier stations were Wüest Partner and the German Allianz Real Estate. Kocur holds a degree in architecture from the University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf (Germany) and furthered his education at the European Business School in real estate economics and real estate portfolio management. He will take up his new role at Ecoreal on January 1, 2023.

Ecoreal currently manages assets of over CHF 1.5 billion with its two investment groups Suisseselect and Suissecore Plus. (aw)
