Two new additions to the Investis Executive Board
Aude-Sophie Vartzbed and Michael Stucki have been appointed as new members of the Investis Executive Committee. Walter Eberle is leaving the executive committee.
The Board of Directors of Investis Holding has appointed Aude-Sophie Vartzbed and Michael Stucki as new members of the Group Executive Board effective January 1, 2023. Vartzbed (born 1986) will assume overall responsibility for the Properties segment, and Stucki (born 1979) will take over from Walter Eberle for the Real Estate Services segment. Eberle will leave the Group Executive Board. He will leave Investis at the end of January 2023, the company says.
Stucki has worked for the Investis Group in various roles since 2015: in February 2021, he became CEO of Hauswartprofis; at Privera, he was COO and a member of the Executive Board, among other positions. Vartzbed joined Investis Properties SA in 2016, previously working for CBRE in the Middle East, among others.
In the future, the Group Management of the real estate company will consist of four persons: In addition to Stucki and Vartzbed, these are CEO Stéphane Bonvin and CFO René Häsler. (ah)
